Our mobile valeting starts from £50 for a Maintenance Valet, £65 for an Essential Valet, £120 for a Signature Valet, £160 for a Signature+ Valet and £200 for an Elite Valet. These are starting prices for a standard sized car in average condition. Larger or very dirty cars can cost a little more, and we always confirm your exact price before we start.
We cover a wide area across Kent and SE London. In Kent we serve Sevenoaks, Otford, Shoreham, Eynsford, Farningham, West Kingsdown, Badgers Mount, Brands Hatch, Swanley, Sutton at Hone, Longfield, Hartley, New Ash Green, Dartford, Greenhithe, Gravesend and Kings Hill. Every valet includes an exterior hand wash, wheels, tyres and glass, plus an interior vacuum and wipe down. The Signature and Elite valets go further with a deep interior clean and paint protection, and the Elite adds paint decontamination, a hand applied gloss enhancing polish and a light engine bay detail. It depends on the package and the condition of your car. A Maintenance Valet takes around an hour, while a full Elite detail can take several hours. We will give you a time estimate when you book.
Just access to a power point and a bit of room around the car to work. We bring our own water, so there is no need for an outdoor tap. If parking is tight, let us know in advance and we will plan around it.
Yes, a £20 booking deposit secures your appointment. It comes off your final total, so it is not an extra cost. It simply confirms your slot.
Signature+ is the full Signature Valet, the same hand wash, deep wheel clean and up to 3 months of paint protection, with a lot more time given to the inside. It adds steam cleaning of surfaces and crevices, dressed interior plastics, detailed seat rails, and wet extraction of the seats and carpets where the upholstery suits it. It is the right choice for a car that is genuinely lived in rather than just dusty.
It depends on whether the inside or the paint needs the most work. Elite is the deeper service on the exterior, adding paint decontamination, a hand applied gloss enhancing polish and longer lasting protection. Signature+ goes further inside than Elite does, as it is the only package that includes detailed seat rails and dressed interior plastics. If the paint is tired, choose Elite. If the cabin is the problem, choose Signature+. Send some photographs if you are unsure and we will tell you which one your car actually needs.
Yes, at no extra cost, where the upholstery is suitable for it. Extraction works on fabric seats and carpets, drawing dirt back out rather than lifting it to the surface. It is not used on leather, and some marks and older stains will improve rather than disappear completely. Send a few photographs and we will tell you honestly what to expect before you book.
The Maintenance Valet is for returning customers only, within 6 weeks of a Signature, Signature+, Elite or previous Maintenance Valet. Outside that window we will recommend a full valet to reset the finish.

Yes, we valet vans and larger vehicles. Our XL pricing covers extra large SUVs, 4x4s and vans, and prices start a little higher to reflect the extra time and product involved. Vehicles with 7 or more seats are not included in XL pricing and may cost a little more. Just let us know your vehicle when you get in touch and we will give you a firm price.
A valet is a thorough clean inside and out, covering our Essential and Signature packages. A full detail goes deeper with paint decontamination, a hand applied gloss enhancing polish and longer lasting protection. Our Elite Valet is a full detail, ideal for cars that need a proper reset or for a special occasion.
Absolutely. Returning customers within 6 weeks of a full valet qualify for our Maintenance Valet from £50, which keeps the finish going between deeper cleans. Many customers book on a rolling basis to keep their car looking its best all year.
Light drizzle is usually fine but heavy rain can affect the quality of the finish. If conditions are going to be a problem we will let you know in advance and rebook you for the next available slot at no extra charge.
Not much is needed. Make sure there is enough space around the car to work, plus access to a standard power socket. Remove any valuables beforehand. If there is anything unusual about your parking or access, just mention it when you book.

We take real pride in every valet and always want you to be happy with the result. If there is anything you are not satisfied with, let us know on the day and we will put it right before we leave.
Terms & Disclaimers
The bits worth knowing
Valeting Lab provides professional cleaning and detailing services with the utmost care and attention. However, results may vary depending on the condition, age and prior maintenance of your vehicle. Please read the points below before your appointment.
Existing Damage
Valeting Lab is not liable for any damage that was already present on your vehicle, including but not limited to:
Scratches, dents or chips
Faded, oxidised or heavily worn paintwork
Poorly repaired or resprayed panels
Loose trims, badges or fittings
Any such issues may become more visible after cleaning.
Paintwork Condition
We are not responsible for damage to old, weak or poorly repaired paintwork, including peeling lacquer or a failing clear coat. Machine or hand cleaning can expose underlying defects that were previously hidden.
Interior Condition
While we take great care when cleaning interiors, please be aware that:
Heavily soiled areas may not return to their original condition
Stains, wear or discolouration may be permanent
Delicate materials such as worn fabrics or aged leather can be more susceptible to wear
Stain and Odour Removal
We aim to significantly improve stains and odours, but complete removal is not guaranteed due to the nature of certain contaminants.
Electrical Components
Care is taken around sensitive areas. However, Valeting Lab is not responsible for faults arising from existing electrical issues or water sensitive components.
Personal Belongings
Customers are asked to remove all personal items before the service. Valeting Lab is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Child Seats
For safety and liability reasons, child seats will not be removed or refitted.
Access Requirements
We kindly ask for access to a power supply so we can provide the best possible service. We bring our own water with us.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.
Booking and Cancellations
To keep things running smoothly:
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations may result in a fee
Final Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon completion. Once the service is signed off, it is assumed the work has been completed to satisfaction.
